Billing Date vs. New Charges Due Date

Your Billing Date is the first day of your billing cycle and the date your bill is issued. A billing cycle usually starts on your connection date and lasts for the next 30 days. Ziply Fiber bills you one month in advance for your services

Your New Charges Due Date is the date your bill amount is due. If you're unable to pay by the due date, please contact us for assistance. Any payment made before or on your New Charges Due Date will not accrue a late fee.
