- Make one-time payments or set up autopay. Note: If you sign up for autopay, your automatic payments will begin with your next bill. If you need to make a payment right away, log in and click Make A Payment in the My Payments menu.
- Payment is marked "Pending" immediately and posted to your account the next day for credit card payments or the next business day for checking account payments.

- Use our Automated System: 1.866.947.5955. A service fee of $3.50 may apply.
- Have your Ziply Fiber account number handy when you call.
- Pay by checking account, debit card or major credit card (except American Express).
- Payment is posted to your account the same day.
Pay in Person
Pay in person at select Ziply Fiber retail store, or find an agent location near you that accepts payments.
- There is a $1.50 payment processing fee at agent locations.
- There is a $1.25 payment processing fee at Ziply Fiber retail stores (pay in person is only available in Everett and Coos Bay retail stores).
- Pay by cash, check or money order.
- Payment is posted to your account the next business day.
