Log in to My Account to manage your Ziply Fiber account online. To log in, you’ll need a Ziply ID. See Create Your Ziply ID if you haven’t already set one up.

How to compare bills

  1. Click Billing.
  2. Under your CURRENT BILL you will see the option to Compare bills. Click HERE.
  3. Select the bills you would like to compare by clicking on the box next to the date. You can compare up to two bills.
  4. Click COMPARE SELECTED BILLS.
  5. A side-by-side bill comparison is displayed under Billing information.
