Wondering why your Ziply Fiber bill is higher or lower than it was last month? It's easy to do a side-by-side comparison of two of your Ziply Fiber bills online.

To compare two of your Ziply Fiber bills:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Click My Bills at the top of the page, and choose either Current Bill or Past Bills. (You can also click View Current Bill.)
  3. Click Compare Bills.
  4. On the Compare Bills page, click the checkboxes to select two of your bills from the list. Then click the COMPARE BILLS button. You'll see a side-by-side comparison of the amounts charged for each line item on your bill.
  5. To compare a different bill, click one of the drop-down menus at the top of either column of charges and choose another date.
