Follow the instructions below to install Ziply Password Manager. When you start the application for the first time, you must create a master password. This password is the gatekeeper to all your password data, and protects all your password data. If you forget your password, unfortunately, we cannot recover it for you. To avoid this, please see QR Recovery Code.
Choosing a unique, hard-to-guess master password or passphrase (such as "DenverhaslotsofMounta1ns") will keep your passwords safe. Do not use your Ziply Password Manager master password for any other online account password.
To begin, use your preferred internet browser to your Ziply Password Manager and login to your account. Once logged in, click the Password Manager tab in the top left and follow the below instructions for your respective device.

- From the Password Manager tab, click Install Now to be taken to the download link for your device. Download the .msi installation package to your computer.
- Double click the .msi installation package and follow the installation instruction prompts on the screen.
- When installation is complete, log in using your Ziply Password Manager credentials and create a master password.

| Mac (OS X 10.11 or later) |
- From the Password Manager tab, click Install Now to be taken to the download link for your device. Download the .msi installation package to your Mac.
- Double click the downloaded file and drag the application icon on top of the installation folder (as with any other OS X software), and installation takes place.
- Follow the instructional prompts to complete the install. When installation is complete:
- Launch the app from your Finder Applications list
- Log in using your Ziply Password Manager credentials
- Create a master password

- Go to Google Play.
- Search for Ziply Password Manager from Ziply Fiber.
- Download and install the app on your device.
- Log in using your Ziply Password Manager Credentials.
- Type a master password when prompted, and again in Repeat Master Password.
- Tap Get started, and you are ready to start using Ziply Password Manager.

- Search for Ziply Password Manager from Ziply Fiber.
- Download and install the app on your device.
- Log in using your Ziply Password Manager.
- When prompted, type in a Master Password of your choosing, and Repeat Master Password.
- Tap Done and you're ready to go.
