Billing

All properly executed tax-related certificates and documentation should be provided to Ziply Fiber annually or when:

 

  • Doing business with Ziply Fiber
  • Entering a new market
  • A change to your tax-exempt status occurs
  • Requested by Ziply Fiber
  • Submitting a billing dispute

Note:  With the exception of the Federal Universal Service Fund Form, which must be submitted annually, Ziply Fiber does not provide exemption forms. Please obtain an exemption certificate from the governmental body imposing the tax. Exemption forms must be provided to Ziply Fiber before any tax exemption is placed on an account.
