Billing Issues

Below are the answers to some questions you may have. There is also an easy-to-use Help option within the Enterprise Portal. If you still need help, give us a call.

  • Resolve Disputes: If you ever need to resolve disputes regarding your payments or account, give us a call.
  • Trouble Paying Bill: If there's going to be a problem paying your bill by the day it is due, for any reason, contact us. The Collections Department can also help with payment arrangements by calling 1.888.488.0032.
  • Obtain a Refund for a Closed Account Credit Balance: If you have a closed account with a credit balance, a refund will automatically process 1–3 billing cycles from the date the account was closed and will be mailed to the final billing address given when the account was closed.
