Wonder if your service would work better in the Enterprise Portal or the Residential/Small-Business Portal? Here are items to consider:
- If you have a Summary Master Account (SMA) or more than 20 accounts, you must be in the Enterprise Portal.
- If you do not have an SMA or more than 20 accounts, you may want the functionality and analysis capabilities of the Enterprise Portal and may still request access. Give us a call, and a Ziply Fiber representative can set up your Enterprise Portal access. An Enterprise Ziply Fiber ID can’t be created from ziplyfiber.com.
If you’ve been provided with a Global Account Number (GAN), you can ask a Ziply Fiber representative to link all of your accounts to see them within one view in the Enterprise Portal.
Here are your two ways to get started with the Enterprise Portal:
Analyze Toll Usage | To sort your usage, click the DETAIL tab and click on a report. Click a column header to sort by. |
Use Bill Presentation Tool | The Bill Presentation tool helps you better view, analyze, organize and pay invoices. It has no impact on the way charges, total amounts due, billing account numbers, billing hierarchies, or other details are set up in the billing system(s). Note: Summary billing accounts must be paid on subordinate accounts. |
