Log in to My Account to manage your Ziply Fiber account online. To log in, you’ll need a Ziply ID. See Create Your Ziply ID if you haven’t already set one up.

To turn paperless billing on or off

  1. Click Billing.
  2. In the Total balance section, click TURN ON or TURN OFF under Paperless billing is turned off or Paperless billing is turned on.
