Is your Ziply Fiber payment not showing on your bill? You can verify if we've received a payment in My Account or the Ziply Fiber app. From the Billing tab, scroll to Recent transactions. If a payment was processed, you'll see it listed.
Or if your bank has cleared the payment, and it’s been at least 10-14 business days since you made the payment, we can help. Gather the information below and contact us.
- Payment date
- Exact payment amount
- Date the funds cleared the bank
- Account number(s) the payment was applied to
Additional payment method information needed:
- Check: Check number and address the payment was mailed to
- Electronic Funds Transfer/ACH: Confirmation number
- Wire Transfer: Transaction Routing Number (TRN) (begins with the fund transfer date)
