Is your Ziply Fiber payment not showing on your bill? If your bank has cleared the payment, and it’s been at least 10-14 business days since you made the payment, we can help.

Gather the information below and contact us.

  • Payment date
  • Exact payment amount
  • Date the funds cleared the bank
  • Account number(s) the payment was applied to

Additional payment method information needed:

  • Check: Check number and address the payment was mailed to
  • Electronic Funds Transfer/ACH: Confirmation number
  • Wire Transfer: Transaction Routing Number (TRN) (begins with the fund transfer date)
