Set up autopay to pay your monthly bill automatically and securely with no action required after setup.

Log in to My Account to set up and manage autopay. To log in, you’ll need a Ziply ID. See Create Your Ziply ID if you haven’t already set one up.

Set up autopay

  1. From the Home or Billing tab, click Set up autopay.
  2. Click New Payment Method.
  3. Select how many days before your billing due date you want the payment applied.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Enter your payment information and click Continue.

Change your autopay settings

  1. From the Home or Billing tab, click Manage autopay.
  2. Click EDIT.
  3. To change your payment method, select a different existing payment method, or click New bank account to add another payment method.
  4. To change when you want the payment applied, select your preference from the How many days before the due date should the payment be applied dropdown menu.
  5. Click SAVE CHANGES.
  6. Click CONFIRM.

Turn off autopay

  1. From the Home or Billing tab, click Manage autopay.
  2. Click on the TURNED ON toggle.
  3. To confirm turning off autopay, click YES, TURN OFF.
