We participate in programs that broaden access and affordability of our Ziply Fiber services.
The Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) is a temporary FCC program to help families and households stay connected to internet service during the COVID-19 pandemic. Eligible households will receive a discount of up to $50 per month towards qualified internet service and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands.
This means Ziply Fiber Emergency Broadband Benefit customers could receive free or low-cost internet depending on your internet plan choice and qualified benefit amount.SHOP INTERNET
This benefit is limited to one monthly service discount per household and the program will end once the program funds are exhausted, or six months after the Department of Health and Human Services declares an end to the Covid-19 pandemic, whichever comes first.
Ziply Fiber is pleased to be able to work in cooperation with the government and local organizations to provide discount programs that can help qualified individuals, schools, libraries, community-based organizations, and health care providers meet their connectivity needs. We are authorized to provide E-Rate, Lifeline, and Rural Health Care (RHC) discount programs to approved applicants. These discounts are intended to ensure that qualified entities have access to affordable telecommunications and information services.
Ziply Fiber provides assistance and accessibility to those who need a helping hand because we believe cost should not be a barrier to great service, and giving back is an essential part of being a community member. We are committed to keeping everyone connected and experiencing the difference of the Ziply Fiber internet network.
Ziply Lifeline provides low income customers discounted pricing for telephone or qualified internet services through two government programs:
Keeping you connected every step of the way. If you qualify for the Ziply Lifeline Program you are eligible for our Ziply Lifeline Internet Router at no cost. We've got you covered.
The Federal RHC program is intended to ensure that rural health care providers pay no more for telecommunications in the provision of health care services than their urban counterparts.LEARN MORE
