My Account and Ziply Fiber App Password
To change your password once logged in, click CHANGE PASSWORD from the Home tab in My Account or the Ziply Fiber app.
If you've forgotten your password, click FORGOT PASSWORD from the login page.
Ziply Fiber SafeConnect Password
Log in to the Ziply Fiber SafeConnect (formerly Device Safety) account to change your password. If you don't remember the email or the username, call 1.888.488.0247.
