Voicemail & Passcodes

Here’s how to manage your voicemail greeting and passcode, save messages and more.

Access voicemail for the first time.

Callers can leave you messages before your mailbox is set up. To listen to messages and use other voicemail features, dial *100 from your Ziply Fiber Home Phone.

The first time you access your voicemail, follow the prompts to create your passcode and record your name or personalized greeting.

Access voicemail away from home

To check your voicemail messages when you’re away from home, dial your 10-digit home phone number. When you hear your voicemail greeting press * and enter your 6-digit passcode when prompted.

Create or change your voicemail passcode/PIN

A numeric passcode (PIN) is required to keep your voicemail secure.

Passcode Guidelines

The first time you access your voicemail you’ll be prompted to create a PIN / passcode.

  • Choose a passcode containing 6 numbers. It should be easy for you to remember, but hard for others to guess.

  • Write down your passcode and keep it in a safe place.
  • For more security, change your passcode regularly.
