Make account changes

Most Ziply Fiber account account changes can be made online. See the bottom section for changes that require a contact (chat or call).


Make these changes online or in the app

You can make the following changes in My Account or the Ziply Fiber app.

Account tab

  • Upgrade your internet speed
  • Change a scheduled installation or trouble ticket appointment
  • Manage payment methods
  • Add or remove users from your account
  • Change your password or contact information
  • Change notification settings

Billing tab

  • Pay your bill
  • Manage autopay
  • Turn paperless billing on or off
  • View current or past bills
  • View payment and transaction history
