Make these changes online or in the app
You can make the following changes in My Account or the Ziply Fiber app.
Account tab
- Upgrade your internet speed
- Change a scheduled installation or trouble ticket appointment

- Add or remove users from your account
- Change your password or contact information
- Change notification settings
Billing tab
- Pay your bill
- Manage autopay
- Turn paperless billing on or off
- View current or past bills
- View payment and transaction history
