Make Account Changes

Log in to My Account to manage your Ziply Fiber account online. To log in, you’ll need a Ziply ID. See Create Your Ziply ID if you haven’t already set one up.

Service changes

For account security, the following services changes cannot be made online, but we’re here to help. Contact us.

  • Changing the billing name or billing address on your account
  • Upgrading, changing, or disconnecting service
  • Moving service to a new location
  • Turning Temporary Hold/Vacation Service on or turn off
  • Changing a service appointment

Account changes

Add or delete an authorized user

  1. Click Account
  2. In the Key account information section, click MANAGE AUTHORIZED USERS

To add an authorized user

  1. Click ADD AUTHORIZED USER and enter their email address. 
  2. Click NEXT and then click ADD.  
    A confirmation email is sent from Ziply Fiber to the new authorized user. 

To delete an authorized user

  1. Click DELETE USER next to the authorized user’s name. 
  2. Click YES, DELETE to confirm. 

Link another Ziply Fiber account

  1. Click Account
  2. In the Key account information section, under LINKED ACCOUNTS, click LINK A NEW ACCOUNT
  3. Enter the account number and PIN of the Ziply Fiber account you want to link. 
  4. Click CONTINUE
    A confirmation message displays. 

Unlink a linked account

  1. Click Account
  2. In the Key account information section, under LINKED ACCOUNTS, click UNLINK ACCOUNT. You cannot unlink the current account you’re viewing.
  3. Click UNLINK ACCOUNT to confirm.
    A confirmation message displays. 

Change your email address or phone number 

  1. Click Account
  2. In the Profile section, click EDIT next to Mobile number or Email address.
  3. Enter and confirm the new number or email address.
  4. Click UPDATE.

Change your account password 

  1. Click Account
  2. In the Profile section, click CHANGE PASSWORD.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter and confirm a new password.
  5. Click SAVE

Billing changes

To turn paperless billing on or off, see Paperless or Paper Billing. To set up or manage autopay, see Autopay. To pay your bill, see Pay Your Bill.
