Managing your Ziply Fiber account online is the easiest and fastest way to see and pay your bills and change or troubleshoot your service.
With online access, you can use My Account from a laptop or desktop computer or use the Ziply Fiber app on a mobile device.
Who needs to set up account access
Set up online account access if you're an existing customer with Ziply Fiber service and have never logged into My Account or the Ziply Fiber app.
What you'll need
You'll need access to your email, where you'll receive a security code from us. You'll also need the following information, which you can find on your billing statement:
- Billing account number
- Account PIN
- Billing ZIP code
Complete these three easy steps.
If you don't receive a security code email after five minutes, click the resend code link. If you still don't receive a security code email, call us at the number below.

If you're unable to log into My Account or the Ziply Fiber app after setting up your online account access, the swiftest resolution is to reset your password.
