Follow these steps to transfer your service.

  1. Check that your new address is in the Ziply Fiber network. 
  2. If Ziply Fiber is available at your new address, call us at 866.MYZIPLY to schedule the installation.
  3. On your scheduled installation date, a technician will turn on service at your new address and disconnect it at your former address. The installation is free of charge and your account details will remain the same.

Your technician will determine whether you need a new router. If so, he or she will replace it and take away the old one.

Transferring your fiber internet service is free of charge. Transferring DSL internet service does incur a $20 fee.
