If you're moving, follow the steps below to transfer Ziply Fiber internet service to your new address.

  1. Check your new address to see if Ziply Fiber is available.
  2. If it is available, call us at 866.MYZIPLY with your account number handy to schedule the installation.
  3. Make sure you or someone over the age of 18 is home when our technician arrives.

The technician will turn on internet service at your new address and disconnect service at your previous location. Your account details will remain the same, and there is no fee to transfer fiber internet service. There is a $20 installation fee to transfer DSL internet.
