Let's check for the most common issues first.

  1. Wipe clean the front of the Set-Top Box (STB). Carefully clean the entire remote control using a slightly damp cloth.
  2. Clear away any objects blocking the line of sight between your remote and the front of your STB.
  3. Replace the batteries in your remote control with fresh ones.
