Internet outage notice 

If an internet outage has been detected in your area, you'll find a notification message in the Network Status section of the Home tab in your Ziply Fiber app. 

Equipment tests

Here’s how to find Ziply Fiber’s diagnostic tools that test your internet speed, connection quality, and router connection:

  1. Open the Ziply Fiber app, or log in to My Account with your Ziply ID and password.
  2. On the Home tab select from the following tests under Network status.
  • Speed test
  • Connection quality test
  • Router connection test

NOTE: For successful speed tests and router connection tests, you must use a Ziply Fiber router. Non-Ziply Fiber router results may be unreliable.
