You can control your TV volume through your Ziply Fiber Set-Top Box (STB) in 3 easy steps with your remote control:

1. Press and hold the OK and 2 buttons together, then release both. The red LED light blinks twice and stays on.
2. Press 9 5 5 to make the red LED light blink twice and stay on.
3. Press the STB Power button to make the red LED light blink 3 times and turn off.

The Set-Top Box should now control the volume on your TV.

Note: To reset your remote so the Volume buttons only control your TV, follow same process as above, but press 9 5 5 followed by the TV Power button.
