  1. Reboot router: Turn off for about 30 seconds before powering back on. Give the router a few minutes to reestablish a connection.
  2. If the router light remains solid blue after a few minutes, reboot the ONT (Optical Network Terminal), which may be located outside or in a basement.
  3. If you’re not sure where to find the ONT, or your router still hasn’t detected a connection after rebooting it, chat with us or contact Technical Support at the number below.

Red flashing

Router has lost connection.

  1. Check connections of the Ethernet cord, which should run from the 10GB WAN port on the back of your router to a wall outlet. Reset connections as needed.
  2. If the Ethernet connections are secure, but the red flashing light persists, reboot your router by turning it off for about 30 seconds. After powering it on again, give the router a few minutes to fully reconnect.
