Release & Renew Your IP Address

If you're unable to access the internet after restarting your router, try releasing and renewing your IP address..

On the Home tab of the Ziply Fiber app scroll to the QUICK FIX TOOLKIT in the Network Status section. Click RESET IP ADDRESS
