View an Order in My Account

There are two places in My Account to view an order. 

You can click on Order Status in the Need Help section.

 Or, click on Order Status in the Tool Box

After you enter your information into the Order Status form an order confirmation box, like the one below, will appear. It provides the details and status of your order.
