- Find your equipment using the tables below. If you don't see your equipment here, see Equipment Recycling and Disposal.
- Complete a Ziply Fiber Return form to create a free UPS shipping label or QR barcode online. Have your Ziply Fiber account number handy.
- Pack your equipment in your own suitable cardboard box and affix the UPS return label to your package or have the QR code ready for UPS personnel to print a label.
- Take the box to an authorized UPS retail location near you - https://locations.ups.com.
