Order tracking
To view the status of a pending order, log in to My Account or open your Ziply Fiber app, where you'll find order tracking at the top of the Home tab.
Order history
To view a list of your service changes and tickets for service support, log in to My Account.
- Select Account.
- Scroll down to Order And Service Ticket History.
- Select VIEW ORDERS AND SERVICE TICKETS.
Order Numbers: Anytime you place an order that changes your Ziply Fiber service, we send you a confirmation email where you can also find the order number associated with the change.
