We’re reflecting on an incredible 2024 for Ziply Fiber and looking ahead to even greater possibilities in 2025. This past year brought meaningful achievements that strengthened our ability to connect people, close digital gaps and enrich communities.
One of our standout milestones was introducing the fastest residential internet speed in the nation: our groundbreaking 50 Gig speed tier. This innovation, combined with the launch of WiFi 7, has given our customers access to unparalleled internet speed and performance, setting a new benchmark for what’s possible.
Our mission to expand connectivity led to significant progress, with 20 new communities joining the Ziply Fiber network and over 2,500 miles of fiber infrastructure added. To put that into perspective, 2,500 miles is roughly the distance from Seattle to Miami. These efforts ensure that more families and businesses in underserved areas can enjoy the benefits of reliable, high-speed internet, opening doors to education, work and entertainment like never before.
But our impact this year extended beyond technology. We stayed deeply engaged in the communities we serve, partnering with schools, nonprofits and local organizations to support initiatives that make a difference. We participated in 10 toy drives across our four-state footprint, filling more than 12 vans with toys and bikes for families in need. With a $15,000 match — an increase from $10,000 in prior years — we amplified the generosity of our communities and brought smiles to countless faces.
In fact, we actively partner with over 400 community groups annually, dedicating more than 1,800 hours each year to participating in local events. These collaborations allow us to stay firmly connected to the neighborhoods we call home and to support the causes that matter most.
Equally important was our focus on improving how we serve our customers. By listening to your feedback and acting on it, we achieved our highest customer satisfaction scores ever. These results motivate us to continue enhancing your experience and reinforce our dedication to delivering refreshingly great service. This commitment earned us national recognition, including recommendations from Broadband Nation and CNET — a true honor for our team.
