How to locate and use your WiFi connection
If you live in an IA community, your router and ONT are already installed in your apartment or condo.
- Open your smart panel locker found in the hall or bedroom closet. The WiFi network name (SSID) and password are located on the router next to a QR code sticker.
- You can use that SSID and password to access your WiFi connection, or you can customize your SSID and password to something you’ll remember.
- To change your SSID and password, scan the QR code with your phone using the camera app. This will bring you to a browser where you can update your WiFi network name and password.
- Connect your devices to the network (SSID) and add the password.
