Manage Payment Methods


You can add or remove a payment method online from the Account tab in My Account or the Ziply Fiber app.

Add a new payment method

  1. In the Billing information section, click MANAGE PAYMENT METHODS.
  2. Click ADD PAYMENT METHOD.
  3. Select New Payment Method. Click NEXT.
  4. Select Checking account or Credit card.
  5. Enter account information.
  6. Leave the box checked to save this payment method as your default. Uncheck the box if it's not your default method of payment.
  7. Select Continue.
  8. Select Next.

Remove a payment method

  1. In the Billing information section, click MANAGE PAYMENT METHODS.
  2. To remove the payment method click REMOVE.
  3. To confirm the payment method’s removal, click YES, REMOVE.
