Manage Payment Methods

You can add or change your payment method at any time in My Account. The screens will guide you through each step.

To begin, click Log In at the top right of any page on the site and log in with your Ziply Fiber ID and password. (Don’t have a Ziply Fiber ID yet? Follow the steps in Create My Ziply ID.)

Tip: You can do this in the myZiply mobile app, too.

Add Bank Account
  1. Click the My Payments tab near the top of the My Account screen, then click Manage Payment Methods

    Select Manage Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method

  3. Click to select Checking account (if not already selected) and add bank account information:Add a checking account as your payment method
    • Name on bank account
    • Bank routing number (diagram shows where to find this)
    • Bank account number (diagram shows where to find this)
    • Re-enter to verify bank account number
  4. Click Continue to confirm information and click Save
Note: To change your saved bank account, click Delete next to the account and then create a new bank account following the instructions above.
Add Credit/Debit Card
  1. Click My Payments near the top of the screen, then click Manage Payment Methods

    Select Manage Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method

  3. Click to select Credit Card and add credit or debit card information:

    Add a credit or debit card as your payment method
    • Name on card
    • Card number (with no spaces or dashes)
    • Security code (diagram shows where to find this)
    • Select month and year card expires
    • Billing ZIP Code (the ZIP Code where your card's statements are mailed)
  4. Click Continue to confirm the information and click Save
Make Changes to Credit/Debit Card To update card information:

Edit a saved credit or debit card
  1. Click Edit next to the card you want to edit
  2. Change Name on Card (if necessary)
  3. Change Billing ZIP Code (if necessary)
  4. Change Expiration Date (if necessary)
  5. Click Save.
To delete a credit/debit card:
  1. Click My Payments and select Manage Payment Methods to see a list of your saved payment methods
  2. Click Delete next to the payment method you want to remove
