You can add or remove a payment method online from the Account tab in My Account or the Ziply Fiber app.
We recommend using a debit card or ACH to save more money with a $10/month autopay discount. You can also use a credit card and receive an autopay discount of $5/month.
Add a new payment method
- In the Billing information section, click MANAGE PAYMENT METHODS.
 - Click ADD PAYMENT METHOD.
 - Select New Payment Method. Click NEXT.
 - Select Checking account or Credit card.
 - Enter account information.
 - Leave the box checked to save this payment method as your default. Uncheck the box if it's not your default method of payment.
 - Select Continue.
 - Select Next.
 
Remove a payment method
- In the Billing information section, click MANAGE PAYMENT METHODS.
 - To remove the payment method click REMOVE.
 - To confirm the payment method’s removal, click YES, REMOVE.
