Add or Remove a Payment Method

Log in to My Account to manage your Ziply Fiber account online. To log in, you’ll need a Ziply ID. See Create Your Ziply ID if you haven’t already set one up.

Add a new payment method

  1. Click Account.
  2. In the Billing information section, click MANAGE PAYMENT METHODS.
  3. Click ADD PAYMENT METHOD.
  4. Select New Payment Method. Click NEXT.
  5. Select Checking account or Credit card.
  6. Enter account information.
  7. Leave the box checked to save this payment method as your default. Uncheck the box if it's not your default method of payment.
  8. Select Continue.
  9. Select Next.

Remove a payment method

  1. Click Account.
  2. In the Billing information section, click MANAGE PAYMENT METHODS.
  3. To remove the payment method click REMOVE.
  4. To confirm the payment method’s removal, click YES, REMOVE.
