Existing customers enrolled in My Premium Tech Pro have access to:

  • Technical support for Ziply Fiber network-related issues
  • Wireless network setup and best-effort troubleshooting for one Ziply Fiber router with unlimited Wi-Fi enabled devices (see list of devices covered here)
  • Phone support from tech agents 7am-Midnight (12 am) ET, 7 days a week by calling (623)-473-9558.
