Web Client


My Activity is the Content Anywhere Web Client's home screen. Content Anywhere is no longer available to new customers.

Here you'll see:

  • your activity today
  • your activity in the last 7 days
  • your activity in the last 30 days
  • how many photos, songs, documents and contacts you've backed up across all your devices.

You can view all your files from the Web Client. There's a view for:

  • contacts
  • photos
  • videos
  • music
  • documents

Want to browse by folders or files? Select All Files from the My Activity dropdown menu.

Below are instructions for performing basic tasks.

Task How To
Upload files Select Upload in upper right corner. Drag and drop files onto the indicated area, or click to select Browse your Computer and choose files manually.
Download files Click checkbox next to files you want to download. When “More” menu appears, select More > Download.
Search for files Click Search in upper right corner and type what you're looking for.
Delete files Click checkbox next to files you want to delete. When “More” menu appears, select More > Delete > Move to Trash Can.
Delete files permanently Click Main Navigation Menu found to right of logo. Then click Trash. Select checkbox next to file you want to delete and click Delete Forever.
Retrieve files from trash Click Main Navigation Menu, then click Trash. Select checkbox next to file you want to retrieve and click Restore.
Share files Click checkbox of file you want to share. Select Share and choose By email, By public link, or To a Social Media site depending on the content.
Unshare files On Main Navigation Menu select Shared Files. Click checkbox of file you no longer want to share. Select Manage and then Revoke.
View files On Main Navigation Menu select Documents. Click a file to view.
Create photo album On Main Navigation Menu select Photos. Click checkbox at upper right corner of photos and videos to include. Select Add to Album and name the album, or select an existing album from the list.
View slideshow On Main Navigation Menu select Photos. Click checkbox at upper right corner of photos and videos to include. Select Slideshow.
Make favorites Click checkbox of items you want in favorites list and select Favorite.
Create music playlists On Main Navigation Menu select Music. Click checkbox for songs to add to playlist. Select Add to Playlist and choose the existing playlist you want these songs added to, or choose Add to a New Music Playlist to create a brand new playlist. Try this out: You can play music and navigate to a different screen of Content Anywhere, and your music will continue to play.
Create contacts On Main Navigation Menu select Contacts. Click Create Contact and enter new contact's information. Then select Save at top right corner.
  • Click Import Contacts from Contacts menu and select contacts from another service, including Google, Twitter and Yahoo.
  • Remove duplicates by clicking Clean Contacts from Contacts menu. Select contacts to de-duplicate and click Clean.

Notes:

  • Videos are located in the Photos section. Select Photos from My Activity menu.
  • Messages and call logs can only be backed up and restored from the mobile app. You won't find them in the Web Client.
