Long Distance Calling

International calling rates

Use our downloadable rate card to determine the cost of international calls with one of our World Calling Plans added to your Ziply Fiber Home Phone service.

Without one of our international calling plans, you're charged a per-minute rate for international calls. Find a list of international locations and their per-minute call rates here.

Can’t call long distance

  • If your payment is past due, long distance calling may be restricted.  
  • Call Forwarding can also prevent long distance calls. To turn off Call Forwarding, press *73 on your Ziply Fiber Home Phone.  

Prevent your long-distance service from being switched

Ziply Fiber can prevent your phone service from being switched without your consent by placing a Primary Interexchange Carrier (PIC) freeze on your account.

  • To comply with FCC regulations, we can only add a PIC freeze with your authorization.
  • To authorize a PIC freeze on your phone service, complete the Local Carrier Freeze Form.

Removing a PIC freeze

Once a PIC freeze has been added, you’ll need to contact us to remove it before changing to a new phone-service in the future.
