Troubleshoot Phone Issues

No dial tone

  • Make sure your phone is plugged into the wall jack.
  • If multiple phones share the same line, confirm that all phones are hung up.
  • For a phone using electric power, make sure it’s plugged in and the power outlet is working.
  • If your phone runs on battery power, confirm that the battery is charged.

If your phone still has no dial tone, contact us for support.

 

Fast busy

If you hear a fast-busy signal when you try to make a call, it may mean you have a balance due. Call the number below for help with your account.
