How to Pay Your Bill

Enroll in autopay and paperless billing to save money.

Making a one-time payment does not set up autopay or paperless billing. 


Setting up autopay

We recommend using a debit card or ACH to save money with a $10/month autopay discount. You can also use a credit card and receive an autopay discount of $5/month.

Making a one-time payment

 

My Account and Ziply Fiber app

  1. From the Billing tab, click MAKE A PAYMENT. If autopay is enabled, a message will load asking if you want to proceed. Click YES, PROCEED.
  2. In the Total balance section, click the button next to Current balance due or Pay another amount.
  3. Select a current payment method under Payment method. To add a new payment method, select New Credit/Debit card or New bank account.
  4. Click PAY.
    A Payment successful message displays.

One-time payment link

If you've contacted us to make a payment, Ziply Fiber may send the primary account user a one-time payment link sent via text message.

The one-time payment link allows you make a payment without logging into My Account by entering your billing zip code, payment amount, and payment method.

One-time payment links become invalid if a new one is sent.

Credit card transaction fee

Using a credit card for a one-time payment online or via a one-time payment link incurs a Credit Card Transaction Fee of 3% of the payment amount. The use of a debit card or ACH are free.

To pay by phone, call 1.866.947.5955.

  • Have your 17-digit Ziply Fiber account number handy when you call
  • Pay by checking account, debit card or major credit card (except American Express)
  • A service fee applies
