Ziply Fiber CPNI Opt Out

At Ziply Fiber, we take your privacy seriously. As part of our commitment to our customers, we provide you with the opportunity to opt out from having Ziply Fiber using customer proprietary network information or “CPNI” to offer additional Ziply Fiber products and services to you.

Your CPNI includes:

The types of services you purchase from Ziply Fiber
How you use those services
The related billing of those services

Protecting the confidentiality of your CPNI is your right and our duty under federal law. You have a choice in allowing us to use CPNI about the services you have purchased from us to offer additional products and services to you. We could use your customer information to advise you of Ziply Fiber products that may be of interest to you even if you do not currently subscribe to any of these services with Ziply Fiber.

If this use of your CPNI is acceptable, then no further action on your part is required.

If you wish to have the use of your CPNI by Ziply Fiber restricted, please complete and submit the form below for each account number to opt-out of our use of your customer proprietary information to market additional Ziply Fiber services to you.
