Do you ever look at your bills and wonder what you're actually paying for?

Phone and internet bills can be especially convoluted. It's almost like some companies want you to have no idea what you're buying.

At Ziply Fiber, we've built our pricing approach around one core principle: simplicity. We believe your internet price should be as straightforward as possible. In the interest of transparency, here's the how and why of our easy-to-understand plans.

Four simple residential plans

We offer four simple plans for everyday use starting as low as $35/month.

100/100 (100 Mbps upload/download)

300/300 (300 Mbps upload/download)

Fiber Gig (1 Gig, or 1,000 Mbps upload/download)

2 Gig (2 Gig, or 2,000 Mbps upload/download)

We also offer multi-gig and business plans.

We understand that customers don't love surprises, so in 2026, we made our already simple plans even simpler. We replaced introductory and promotional pricing with a straightforward price that includes our best-in-class router. Our trained technicians will install your residential service at no cost.

Read on for more background on our pricing philosophy, including why we don't offer bundled services or require contracts.

Simple plans, simple pricing

To make things even easier, we now include our best-in-class router with all plans up to 5 Gig. That means you won't see a line item on your bill for a router rental. The router is included with the monthly rate.

Why is this a good thing?

Our routers are optimized for our fiber-optic network. The latest technology, WiFi 7, brings greater speed and coverage, eliminating in most cases the need for WiFi extenders. Our WiFi 7 router delivers the fastest WiFi technology available right out of the box.

No hidden costs

When you choose Ziply Fiber, the price you see is the price you get. This means:

Why do we do this? Because you don't need more things to be stressed about.

While bundled services, like phone and TV, might seem attractive initially, they often lead to higher overall costs and services you may not fully use. We believe you should have the choice and control to pick the right services for you without having to take additional services to get a better price.

Contracts, like bundles, are designed to lock you into plans. Fees and prices creep up, sometimes without you noticing. Trying to get out of a contract can lead to frustrating phone calls and lost time. We believe your internet plan should be easy to access, and if you're not totally happy or you need to move or make a change, you should be able to get out of it painlessly. At Ziply Fiber, providing the fastest, most reliable, high-speed internet is our priority.

No data caps

At Ziply Fiber, we've eliminated data caps, because we understand how essential great high-speed internet is to daily life. Whether you're streaming movies or working from home, you should never have to monitor your usage or face overage charges. Take note: if you use your mobile hot spot for internet, you can use up all your data for the month, which usually leads to a slower connection and may lead to extra charges.

You don't have to take our word for it

Thanks to the FCC's requirement for broadband nutrition labels, we are legally required to share our plan and fee details. Some internet service providers may not like this ruling, which was instated in 2024, but we don't mind, because we have nothing to hide.
