Automatic Call Return

Automatic Call Return shows you the number, date and time of your last incoming call and lets you dial the number automatically. Or you may choose to call back later. This feature is also available on a pay-per-use or subscription basis in most markets.

Notes:

  • This feature does not work on 800, 888, or 900 numbers, outside the specified service areas or on lines where other call services such as Call Forward have been activated.
Task How To
Activate
  1. Dial 6 9 from Touchtone phone or 1 1 6 9 from Rotary/Pulse phone.
  2. A recording tells you number, date and time of last incoming call. To automatically reach that number, press 1. Your call will be completed if number is not busy.
  3. If line is busy, hang up. Three short rings alert you when line is free.
Deactivate
  • Dial  8 9 and listen for a confirmation message.
