How paperless billing works


  • Each month you will receive an email notice that your bill is ready to view.
  • View your bill by logging onto My Account at or clicking the link in your email notice you receive each month.
  • Sign up for autopay and save time every month.
  • You will no longer receive a printed paper bill each month.

Log in to My Account and click Manage Autopay in the My Payments menu. Learn more here.

Yes, you can view up to 12 months of prior statements in My Account as a paperless billing customer.

Yes, you can view your bill online from My Account.

Yes, you may still pay by check when receiving paperless statements. Please include your 17-digit account number in the “Notes” section of your check and send your payment to:

Log into My Account and click the My Profile menu. Click to expand My Accounts. Look for Bill Preference to see your current setting. Select Receive Bill by Mail to continue receiving a paper bill for an extra $5/month.
