When your Digital Phone service detects a robocall or fraudulent call, you'll see Potential Spam on your Caller ID display. You can decide whether to answer the call.
This new feature is available to all Ziply Fiber Digital Phone customers who have Caller ID. There is no extra charge for this new robocaller alert service.
If you don't have Caller ID on your Ziply Fiber phone line, chat with us or call 1.866.699.4759 (home) or 1.866.947.5988 (business). You can:
- Upgrade to an unlimited calling plan with many valuable calling features included, or
- Add Caller ID to your service.
