The following features are also available with Hosted Voice for an additional fee:

  • Special phone numbers such as 211, 311, 411, etc.
  • World Plans 300 and 500 and International Rate Plans

You can find many of your Hosted Voice features on your Fiber TV. From the Fiber TV Main Menu, click on Hosted Voice and OK to see your Call Logs, listen to voicemail messages, and enable/disable features like Simultaneous Ring, Call Forwarding, Incoming Call Block, and Do Not Disturb.

To set up your Voicemail or access your messages, call the Voicemail system at 1.866.947.5995 or *86 from your phone.

To deactivate Voicemail so it won't interfere with your home answering machine, please contact Ziply Fiber Customer Support at 1.866.947.5988.
