As a Ziply Fiber phone service customer, you’ll use a phone-based system to set up your voicemail service for the first time. During that setup you are prompted to create your first password / PIN / passcode.
If you forgot your password, give us a call at 1.866.699.4759. Your password is disabled after 3 incorrect tries.

Follow these voicemail password guidelines:
- Choose a 6-digit password that’s easy for you to remember, but hard for others to guess.
- Do not use repeating digits (e.g., 111111), sequential digits (e.g., 123456) or any part of your phone number.
- Write down your password and keep it in a safe place.
- Change your password regularly for more security.
Choose your voicemail service:
Change your voicemail password (or passcode) by phone
When you access your mailbox by phone:- Press 4 for personal options.
- Press 1 for personal profile.
- Press 1 to change the passcode.
- Enter a new 6-digit number and press #.
- Press 1 to confirm.
Change your voicemail password (or passcode) by web portal
Access your Digital Voice Web Portal by logging in to your Ziply Fiber account. Then:- Select Settings from the menu.
- Click the Voicemail Settings tab.
- Click Voicemail Passcode.
- Enter your old 6-digit passcode.
- Enter a new 6-digit passcode.
- Confirm your new passcode.
- Click Save.
Change your voicemail password (or PIN) by phone
When you access your mailbox by phone:- Press 4 for mailbox settings.
- Press 3 for security options.
- Press 1 to change your PIN and follow the instructions you’ll hear. Please note: Your new PIN must be at least 6 digits.
Change your voicemail password (or PIN) by web portal
- Access the web portal.
- Enter your mailbox information (10 digits–no hyphens) and your PIN on the login screen.
- You’ll find instructions for changing your PIN in the portal.
Change your voicemail password (or passcode) by using your telephone.
When you access your mailbox by phone:- Press 4 for personal options.
- Press 1 for personal profile.
- Press 1 for passcode options.
- Press 1 to change your passcode. Please note: Your new PIN must be at least 6 digits.
- Enter your new 6- to 8-digit passcode (using the numbers 0 through 9 on your phone) and press the # key.
- Press 1 to accept your new passcode or press 2 to try again.
