Manage Voicemail Passcode

When setting up your Ziply Fiber Home Phone voicemail you’ll be prompted to create a PIN / passcode.

Passcode Guidelines

  • Choose a passcode containing 6 - 8 numbers. It should be easy for you to remember, but hard for others to guess.
  • Don't use repeating digits (e.g., 111111), sequential digits (e.g., 123456) or any part of your phone number.
  • Write down your password and keep it in a safe place.
  • For more security, change your password regularly.

Changing your passcode

After dialing into the voicemail system, follow these menu prompts to change your passcode.

  1. Press 4 for personal options.
  2. Press 1 for personal profile.
  3. Press 1 for passcode options.
  4. Press 1 to change your passcode.
  5. Enter your new 6- to 8-digit passcode (using the numbers 0 through 9 on your phone) and press the # key.
    • To accept your new passcode, press 1.  
    • To try again, press 2

Forgotten passcode

Your password is disabled after three incorrect tries. If you forget your password, call the number below for help.
