Ziply Fiber may block or limit emails sent to customers from sources without reverse DNS or matching-forward records. Though this method is intended to filter spam, sometimes it blocks valid email.

If someone gets the following error when attempting to send you email, have them contact their internet service provider (ISP) for assistance.

553 sorry, your mail server (XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX) is rejected. Reverse DNS queries for your mail server IP fail.

For a complete list of rules that all Ziply Fiber customers must abide by, see our Ziply Fiber Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
