Kirkland, Washington (January 23, 2024) – Ziply® Fiber today announced that it will soon light up operations at the Tukwila location of Sabey Data Centers, one of the largest private data center owners in the United States. Ziply Fiber will soon offer high capacity, 100G wavelength, 400G wavelength, 10 and 100G IP transit as well as 10G ethernet services and dark fiber between multiple buildings on the Sabey Tukwila campus.
Additionally, this new point of presence completes Ziply’s new fiber ring between the Sabey Tukwila campus and the EdgeConneX Seattle campus, with diverse paths and multiple, redundant entrances to both campuses, further ensuring reliability for Ziply’s customers. The new ring and data center presence also provides for customers seeking interconnection to other carrier networks, cloud on-ramps, IP transit and peering, metro and long-haul routes and more.
Fiber routes available to other data centers in the region include Seattle, Vancouver, B.C., Quincy/Wenatchee, Portland, Hillsboro and Spokane.
Through its partnership with Sabey Data Centers, Ziply Fiber is able to extend its core network into Tukwila and further expand its ability to offer its best-in-class network to enterprise customers throughout the greater Puget Sound region.
