Set Up Voicemail & Explore Features

From your phone you can change your passcode, set up your greetings and manage other options.

Callers can leave you messages even before your mailbox has been set up; however, you will not be able to listen to your messages or use the other features in your mailbox until you complete the set-up process via phone.

Set Up Greeting(s) & Access Messages
  1. Call the Home Phone Unlimited Voicemail system
    • Oregon and Washington customers:
      Dial *100 from your home phone or 1.833.684.0115 away from home.
  2. Enter your passcode then press #
    New customers: You received your voicemail passcode when you placed your order. If you don't have it, you can contact customer service, then login using the phone instructions above to complete your setup.
Make Calls
  • Remember to dial the entire 10-digit telephone number every time you make a call inside the U.S.
  • Make direct-dialed domestic calls, including to these U.S. territories:
    • American Samoa
    • Guam
    • Mariana Islands
    • U.S. Virgin Islands
    • Puerto Rico
