Rebooting your equipment can solve many service problems.

Log in to our Automated Troubleshooting tool with your Ziply ID. If you can’t log in, reboot your equipment manually:

  • Unplug the device
  • Wait 30 seconds
  • Plug it back in
  • Give it a few minutes to power up fully
