As part of the transition from Frontier Communications to Ziply Fiber, it will be necessary to transition current IP address blocks to new Ziply Fiber IP address blocks. This change is required to ensure continued service.

How does this impact your internet service?

Unfortunately, failure to transition to a new Ziply Fiber IP address block by September 2021 will result in the loss of your internet service with Ziply Fiber.

June 2021 rate increase

Beginning in June 2021, the price for each static IP address on the account not on contract will be raised to $100 per static IP address and will be reflected in your June bill. This rate increase only impacts customers whose static IPs are not currently in contract.

By moving or scheduling a time to move your static IP address block to Ziply Fiber address blocks, customers can avoid the rate increase of $100 per static IP address.
