One-Time Charges & Credits

One-time charges usually relate to new services or changes to existing services. For example, let's say you have Ziply Fiber High-Speed Internet service, but you want to add our phone service. This would require the installation of new equipment and the appropriate one-time charges.

One-time charges may also refer to your long distance charges for that month or to certain adjustments.

Credits may refer to services that are discounted or a refund you received.
