Change an Installation Appointment Date/Time

To reschedule or cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, contact us.

To reschedule an appointment that is more than 24 hours in the future:

      1. Use Order Status to load your Status Confirmation page.
      2. Click Edit next to the appointment time.
      3. Select a new date and time.
      4. Click Save.
