Let’s check your equipment location first. This is a common issue.

  • Is your router, gateway or modem in a central location in your home? If not, relocate it.
  • Avoid signal interference by making sure your WiFi equipment isn’t stored near Bluetooth devices, microwaves, or cordless phones.

After making any adjustments to your equipment placement, use the WiFi for a while – long enough to determine if the connection is still dropping.

Is the connection better now?
