Create My Ziply ID
  1. Go to the My Account Register or click Log In at the top right side of your screen and click CREATE ZIPLY ID.
  2. Complete the account registration form.
  3. Review the TERMS AND CONDITIONS and check the box.
  4. Click NEXT.
  5. A security code is sent to your email. Enter the code and select NEXT.
  6. Enter the Billing account number, PIN, and billing Zip code. Select NEXT.
  7. Now you're all set to use your Ziply ID to manage your account at any time through our website or the Ziply Fiber app.
